I need 2 songs mixed

I've finished 2 songs and I need the sound to be mixed and mastered. Both songs are my vocals with a back track and the sound is off...

Additional info:
I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. Check out the song I attached. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
