I need 2 songs mixed

I've finished 2 songs and I need the sound to be mixed and mastered. Both songs are my vocals with a back track and the sound is off...

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I'll need you to master it too if possible. Check out the song I attached. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
