House hit song to finish

I am looking for someone who has an idea how to finish the production of a song to be played in radio stations and became a hit.

Additional info:
Check out the song I attached. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
