R&B Track Needs Mixing and Vocal Editing

I have a song that needs mix and mastering and vocal editin. I want my vocals to not sound like they are autotuned but i want the song to be brought out to its full potential also.

Additional info:
I'm an indie artist. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. Check out the song I attached. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
