Mix and master a song ready for digital release

I'm hoping you can help me - I have a song I just can't get mixed right and I'm keen to get a more experienced engineer's perspective on it. I'm a home composer/producer, writing instrumental music in the downtempo, electronic and melodic house styles. I use Cakewalk as my DAW. The problem song has 40 tracks and needs to be mixed and mastered ready for digital release across the streaming platforms. I don't have a hard deadline, more interested to see what you can do with it and if successful, may have an album for you to work on. Do you think you could help and if so, what would your price be for mixing and mastering? Thank you

The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed. I'm an indie artist. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this. . I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song has somewhere between 30 and 50 tracks recorded that need mixing.
