Need a song produced

I'm a songwriter, and I'm looking to produce a song from start to finish. I'm looking to have a finished, radio-ready song to put out. Some references or inspiration would be Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo or Happier Than Ever by Billie Eilish. I'm also open to production suggestions. Here is the correct demo. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I will be recording vocals on my own. Check out what I attached. I'm an indie artist. I need live instrumentation added.
