Need a song produced

I'm a songwriter, and I'm looking to produce a song from start to finish. I'm looking to have a finished, radio-ready song to put out. Some references or inspiration would be Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo or Happier Than Ever by Billie Eilish. I'm also open to production suggestions. Here is the correct demo. I need live instrumentation added. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I will be recording vocals on my own.
