Need to produce one song, and mix

I like singing Hindi and Nepali songs.. I have recorded few songs but would like to make better and interesting!! I was thinking if I can record one song like Hindi and Spanish mix! Is this something you can help me with?

Additional info:
I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the vocals tuned as well.
