Need 1 song mixed, possibly more

In the process of putting together a rap album. I produce everything myself, but I suck at mixing. Looking to see if it would be worth it to hire someone else to do my mixing for me. How would that process work, and what DAW do you use? I work in FL Studio, but of course I could just mix all my tracks down individually and send you wave files. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I will be recording vocals on my own. I'm looking to hire a very experienced producer. I'm an indie artist. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. The song is fully recorded. I just need mixing and mastering.. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible.
