Need horn arrangements for 3 songs

Hello! My name is Travis Hall. I am a music student at Georgia State University in Atlanta! I am finishing up my debut album and hear horns on three of the songs for the album. The songs I wrote/composed are in a 60s-70s soul/funk feel. Is one people say Earth Wind and Fire when they hear them. I also have a dictated short bass melody that I would love a tuba to play. I would love to collaborate but would love a quote! I’ve posted two demos below. Let me know your thoughts!

I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm an indie artist. I need you to write the part as well. The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I need it by 7 April, 2024.
