Few songs in the backlog...transitioning from band to solo

I have some demos I'd like to finish as an EP, I'm in a tricky spot where a lot of my releases were done with a full band though the songs and arrangements were written by me. I'm hoping to use this EP as a transition to an indie pop sound but still incorporating a band feel. I'm curious about your rates, location and process. Looking forward to connecting!

I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering.
