Need an album produced (about 15 songs)

I’m a singer songwriter who writes songs with my guitar, piano and voice. I need a producer who can help me make an album. I need about 15 songs to be produced. I want a producer who can produce and mix. I write country-pop style songs. Like style of Taylor Swift and Gabby Barrett.

I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. . I will be recording vocals on my own. I'm looking for someone to re-record a demo I've already created, but with high-quality samples, synths, and effects. I have a song already recorded and want some additional production elements - sound effects, synths, samples, percussion, re-recorded instruments. I don't have a hard deadline for this. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I'm an indie artist.
