Looking to record acoustic 6-7 EP of all originals for demo

I'd like to come in and record a 7-8 song EP for distro - simple complement (bass, acoustic, backing vox). My objective is to play locally in Lockhart more so I'd like to use this as a demo. I've a couple of published songs so I'm looking for my next song in this mix too. I'm also looking for guidance (producer) on how to get the best performance/song etc. Thank you for your consideration! Attached is "Lockhart Our Home", I'm working on to give you the vibe.

Check out the song I attached. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm an indie artist. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the vocals tuned as well. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
