Need 1 song mixed and mastered (with some editing and tuning). Upcoming artist from Bangladesh

The project has finished recording the first single and need a professional and industry standard mix to stand out from the rest of the music being mixed and mastered locally. The song does need some tuning on the vocals and some editing (mostly it's on grid but needs minor tweaks). Vocals, acoustic guitars, electric guitars and bass DI are the only recorded real instruments. Rest are all VSTI and FX. Can send both raw and processed files, also can send logic projects. Mp3 demo mix done by myself is attached.

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has somewhere between 30 and 50 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm an indie artist. I need it by 1 October, 2023. Check out the song I attached. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that.
