Need someone to make song with my lyrics, male vocalists

I need some rock/metal singer to create a song for me from lyrics that I wrote. I can't sing myself but I really like the lyrics and I would like to hear it alive. I would like to ask, how much it's gonna cost this project ? I wrote it on one instrumental from YouTube but I would like to have some original sound as well. Can u provide the instrumental ? And do you need something else except lyrics? Thank you in advance:)

I'm not sure yet if I'd prefer ‘work for hire' or am open to sharing publishing. Can you quote for both situations please?. I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs). The vocals will only be used for demo purposes. Not for release..
