Need 1 beat made

I need someone who can produce a 3 minute song using my vocals. It has to feel like it has a rhythmic Bruno mars Michael Jackson, mixed with the hue of the beat from the Classic Man kind, type of beat. I have the vocals ready, and I will send the demo so you can get started on the track, and then I’ll send a newly updated vocal for you to mix to make the finalized version of the beat with the vocals

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
