A bouncy pop hit ghost production, mix and mastering service:)

I'm a music producer needing assistance with a 45-second pop bounce track, similar to LMFAO's style, for a TV commercial in Israel. This includes sound replacement, mixing, and mastering, with possible vocal tweaks. The project is a cover of "Hands Up" by Ottawan, and it's due Wednesday, though there may be flexibility until Thursday. Any minor arrangement improvements are welcome. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm an indie artist. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need it by 7 June, 2023. I need the vocals tuned as well. Check out the song I attached.
