Need help creating a track and also advice

Hope your having a great day, I’m writing to ask if you could help me creat a unique track, I am a classical/jazz singer who is looking to find something like the modern pop version of frank sinatra/barbra strisand/Judy garland, I want something that people can feel good listening to and that’s upbeat with that pop sound, but with that old jazz/classical sound. I am also looking for advice on how I could boost myself as an artist and how to get started. Al the best, Harrison Pettman
