I need 1 LATIN AMERICAN Spanglish Hit

I've finished the Lyrics for my Song, and have some chords for it. I've been working with local musicians to get arrangments made, I want it to be a Poppy EDM song with accordeon, trumpet and guira samples, with a Milonga rythm but can also be that can also be covered and played as a Domincan Merengue live in Weddings. I'm the singer sonwriter and I have more songs I've conceptualized and written I just need a good team that understand where I'm getting at.

I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. The song has somewhere between 30 and 50 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. I need it by 3 July, 2023.
