Learning to sing and recording a song

I want you to realize the potential in her voice. Have heard a bit when she sings, she has something when she sings low and close. I want to help her in this. I would like to have costs for a singing lesson, a recording. She lives in Bogota

I'm an artist signed to a medium or large label. I need the vocals tuned as well. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I'll need you to master it too if possible. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. . I don't have a hard deadline for this.
