Need two tracks produced and co writing with myself

I need someone to co write two tracks with myself and for the Individual to compose the two tracks I'm Teddy, singer songwriter and acoustic guitar player. I have tracks up on sound cloud and some on Spotify. My taste in music as changed and I really want to get a top 40 charts hit but I guess that’s every musician's dream. I need some help with songwriting as well. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I'm an indie artist. I'd like to work with a top pro who's worked on hit songs and I have the budget for that. I will be recording vocals on my own. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need live instrumentation added. I don't have a hard deadline for this. .
