Looking for a hip hop producer who can create some solid beats for my upcoming EP.

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm an indie artist. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't need the song mastered. . The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing.
