Looking for a hip hop producer who can create some solid beats for my upcoming EP.

Additional info:
I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm an indie artist. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't need the song mastered. .
