studio effects on a song

I have finished recording the song by the but the quality is down with the vocals and the instruments. I intend improving the quality so i can release it like every other song on the internet.

Check out the song I attached. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I need the vocals tuned as well. I'm an indie artist. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I need it by 27 January, 2023. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing.
