studio effects on a song

I have finished recording the song by the but the quality is down with the vocals and the instruments. I intend improving the quality so i can release it like every other song on the internet.

Additional info:
I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I'm an indie artist. I'll need you to master it too if possible. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. Check out the song I attached. I need the vocals tuned as well. I need it by 27 January, 2023.
