Need a song produced, mixed and polished to a professional level

I need someone who can create a sick-ass instrumental for my project, I am not quite satisfied with the outcome of how this turned out as I only had 6 hours to write, record, and mix the song at the time. I am attaching an MP3 file. Hear it and let me know how it is and if you can create something around my voice. I have a Baritone voice. I can sing and I can rap. I'm an indie artist. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that.
