Some production and m/m

So I've got these projects I'm really excited about, mainly the one attached; and I've hit a bit of a wall where if I keep messing with it then I'm just going to make it worse lol. I was wondering what you think something like this still needs and what it might cost. Also do you happen to work with Luna?

Additional info:
I have a song already recorded and want some additional production elements - sound effects, synths, samples, percussion, re-recorded instruments. The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm an indie artist.
