I need co-writer and humming singer

I have a basic lyrics of a modern song that needs to get brushed up in good English and make it reasonable to sing for the singer. And I also need reference vocal humming of it that can only tell how the lyrics flows with the melody. ( so, the recording quality doesn't really matter. it's even okay to have rough snippets. But without music prefered )

I'm looking for a female singer. I'm hoping to find a good singer who can work with my limited budget. I need to get it done by DATE. I will only use the vocals for demo purposes. Not for release.. I'm an indie artist. I don't need to use your name - you can be uncredited. . I've written melody, but need help writing lyrics. I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs).
