Need a song produced - I have the lyrics but need the music

I have a song that I need help with a melody and backing track for - I have written the lyrics and I really like the folk/acoustic genre with a little bit psychedelic too. Can you make me a backing track and the melody and how much will it be?

. I need some help with songwriting as well. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need live instrumentation added. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I'm looking to hire a very experienced producer. I will be recording vocals on my own. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm an indie artist.
