Need 1 song produced

I need someone who can produce a 80s style track and help me write a ballad for said track. I am aiming for a happy-sad love song. Inspired by Tory Lanez and The Weeknd.

Additional info:
I will be recording vocals on my own. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need some help with songwriting as well. I'll hire a different pro mixer and mastering engineer, for the moment I'm just interested in production.
