Just need a song from scratch

I need someone who can produce a song for me, and then mix and master it along with helping me record and stuff. I have my own recording studio with little knowledge on how to actually do the recording. I don't want my song to sound like I recorded it on voice memos ya know. for reference about what I want I have a few song recommendations to listen to 1. The Hamptons ( trans violet ) 2. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need the vocals tuned as well. I'm an indie artist. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. . I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'll need you to master it too if possible.
