Hello, I am looking to produce a hard trap/hip hop beat that sounds really similar to the audio attached. The snippet is only a few seconds, but it gives you an idea of the sound/tempo im going for (148bpm) Is this something you can do?

Additional info:
I will be recording vocals on my own. I want a beat made. I'm an indie artist. Check out what I attached. I'll hire a different pro mixer and mastering engineer, for the moment I'm just interested in production. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
