Need a remix

I'm an indie artist. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. Check out what I attached. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I don't need vocals recorded. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I'm looking for someone to record some additional sound effects, short drum loops, or other production elements. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written.
