Lyrics/Male Vocals for song

I am producing a new track soon in the style of pop EDM/dance/progressive house. I have not started producing it yet, but I can get some chords and a simple structure to help with lyric writing. Or if it's easier to compose the chords and structure after lyrics are written that works to. Hoping to have the project finished by early September.

I'd like to use your name as the vocalist. I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs). I need help writing both lyrics and a vocal melody. I'm looking for a male singer. I'm hoping to find a good singer who can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. . I'm an indie artist. The song will be released commercially.
