4 hour recording time with engineer who can mix and master

I need 4 hours of recording time , I'm a perfectionist so I don't have a definite amount of songs I'm recording , I just want to record with the best quality . Quality of Quantity . My budget is $200 and the most is $250 . Anything over that , i will have to pay the person is separate payments. I need a diverse engineer who has a background working with all types of genres and sounds . I live on Long Island , so anywhere in the 5 boroughs is also good for me . Serious Inquires only.
