Need 1 song mixed, maybe add vocals and some instruments

I have one unfinished song that I want to release as a single. For now, there is only my voice (a very raw take) and the electronic track. I am looking for someone that could help me add some harmonies and make the song a little fuller.

Additional info:
I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible.
