Looking for someone who can produce this song

I am a singer-songwriter, this is my track. I have written and composed this track. Looking for someone who can produce this song. I want it to sound like a sufjan stevens song - "should have known better" but with more dynamics and sounding more open. It can start like that and then gradually open up at chorus. I would expect my producer to mix and master the track as well. Right now I can send my scratch vocals in tempo on which you can work. Once the track is done, I will record my vocals and send it back for mix.

I'm looking to hire a very experienced producer. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I will be recording vocals on my own. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible.
