I need someone to help produce 7 songs

I have finish to write my EP, i already have an artistic vision for the EP but i'm not good at producing (at the moment it's only me and my guitar). i'm looking for someone who could help me produce it, i think it is really important that the producer understand my music and the emotions i want to share, i don't want a mainstream production but really something original;

I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I will be recording vocals on my own. I have a song already recorded and want some additional production elements - sound effects, synths, samples, percussion, re-recorded instruments. Check out what I attached. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need live instrumentation added. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written.
