Need help with instrumental/recording voice

I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need the vocals tuned as well. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. .
