Need a music producer for a rap song

We have a rap song written and need a song producer to manage end to end production of song, including managing 2 vocals recording, music, mixing et al.

I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. . I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I'd like you to record vocals as well. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label. I'm looking for someone to record some additional sound effects, short drum loops, or other production elements.
