Need to record/mix and master this 1 important track

My artist recorded this Track and was not happy with our results. we are looking to rerecord for a better sound. The recording will take about 2 hours and then we would like the track mix and mastered aswell. How long do you think it would take? please contact me thank you

Additional info:
The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. I don't have a hard deadline for this. Check out the song I attached.
