Need A Mix Engineer Long Term

I need someone I can work with as I release music. Looking to learn and be mentored aswell as paying for work being done.

Additional info:
I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I don't need the song mastered. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. .
