Help making a song

Hi! I need some help writing a song from the ground up. I have been playing electric guitar for years and recently taken an interest in making my own music but don't know where to start. I am trying to create music with a sound somewhere between metal and pop punk. I have a few ideas and need help bringing them to life.

Additional info:
The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm an indie artist. . I need the vocals tuned as well. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer.
