Need 2 songs produced

I've written lyrics for two songs but don't know how to start the producing development. I was hoping to gave my songs produced to fit the vibe of what I want them to feel. One is more of a dark pop feeling while I want the other to give a Sombr/Nessa Barrett type of vibe.

Additional info:
I'll need you to master it too if possible. . I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I'm an indie artist. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the vocals tuned as well. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
