I need 15 songs fixed

My mom recorded herself singing karokke in the 90s. There is a lot of static in it and its not that balanced. Can you fix this CD I have.

Additional info:
The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. Check out the song I attached.
