I need 15 songs fixed

My mom recorded herself singing karokke in the 90s. There is a lot of static in it and its not that balanced. Can you fix this CD I have.

Additional info:
I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. Check out the song I attached.
