I'm currently in the process of working on a rap song, I've got the beat and now some lyrics is all i need to truly finish the song, something maybe along the lines of that of travis scott or kendrick lamar

I need a song written from scratch - lyrics, music, and vocal melody. . I'm not sure yet if I'd prefer ‘work for hire' or am open to sharing publishing. Can you quote for both situations please?. I'm an indie artist. The vocals will be used in a commercial release.
