Looking for a guitarist or pianist who can also arrange and compose

I'm submitting a video for the npr tiny desk concert and need a guitarist or pianist to help me compose a stripped down version (that can be played on guitar or piano) and also play the song with me in my recorded submission. I've attached the song that I want to have transcribed.

Additional info:
I need parts recorded for one song. I'm an indie artist. . I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need you to write the part as well. I'm hoping to find a talented pro who can work with my limited budget.
