I'm looking for a slow lyrical and emo-rap producer

I have around 20 completed songs written out ranging from slow lyrical to rap. I've been struggling on creating music for them and gave up all together, but am still song writing out of pure emotion. I started writing as a cope for a breakup, but looking back at my writing, I get let down knowing none of them are actual songs without music. The lyrics here can get deep, and I'm looking for someone that can match my tones or feelings.

I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I'm an indie artist. I have a song already recorded and want some additional production elements - sound effects, synths, samples, percussion, re-recorded instruments. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I need live instrumentation added. . I will be recording vocals on my own. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
