Hi everyone. My name is Oky. I am session guitarist for recording. I’ve been doing gig and recording since 2002 and I’m here to help your song sound great. My main music genre is pop, but I am open to any musical genre that need either groovy funk strumming or fierce power chord distortion.
I am applying to create Canvas animations. Ethan Stewart (Tenstriip) is a visual artist working on immersive audiovisual experiences blurring boundaries between physical and digital spaces. His practice consists of experiments with virtual/augmented reality, projection mapping, large-scale displays, and real-time video processing.
I write songs in 7 languages, and have just released my second album "Worldpop", produced with argentine Grammy award winner S. Perkal, and I have a Masters degree in Multilingualism in Pop Music. I speak and write songs in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian, and I also translated songs to Swedish and Dutch.
The guitar is my primary instrument. I play like Trey Anastasio, Jimi Hendrix, Nels Cline, Jerry Garcia, Nai Palm, Deen Ween, Ty Segall, and Avey Tare --- but I prefer to work on music centered around sampling and rhythm. Ableton is my box. Tascam porta studio 424 is my passion.
Known for breaking the chains of conformity with original songs that do not fit into stereotypical categories. After years of writing and performing songs exclusively in busking settings, he released his first studio recorded single, SERENDIPITY in Feb 2022. His tracks are short stories in a form of poetry, full of raw emotion.
