Hello, my name is Osamu Shiota. I've been recording, mixing & mastering since 1995 at Tokyo.
All analog or all digital, hybrid work for recording, mixing and producing, in France or anywhere else. I am fluent in English. In my own studio or out of it. Recently doing a lot of remote mixing. My music world is wide, in taste and practice (I am currently part of four bands: Versari, Houdini, Adam H and Judas).
Due to my poetry and theatre background, I am able to find the core essence of emotion and feelings so that they can be expressed in their raw and pure form as you would feel them not just as an artist but as a soul. Classically trained versatile 'cellist and arranger, with experience ranging from ultra classical contemporary chamber music to drones for Jonny Greenwood & sessions for Radiohead, Arcade Fire & Sir Paul McCartney. I improvised for the score of Jed Kurzel’s film Macbeth and have 20 years of freelance session recording.
