Lyrics Writer , I started with Rap Lyrics , Then Rock , R&B , Pop and For 10 years my #1 focus now is Country Song Lyrics. I started at age of 12 and now have 22 years with over 200 songs written .   1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Song "Why Why Why" written by myself with musical melody and Recorded by Julie Zorrilla with her musical talent and Quality Recording Studio DUB Media in Denver Colorado. I had a friend that was lost to gang violence and he had a young wife that was pregnant and my mind was sad because of her loss and new life struggle, It was my first song written to express the pain and heartache from a grieving woman perspective. I at that point had never written a song lyric intended for only a woman to sing.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: 1 A project that Connects all the American Outlaws, Gangsters, Biker Clubs and Drug Smuggling Music Listeners to a Blend of Country /Rock Music. 2 A project that is sad and expressing that things get destroyed but can be rebuilt again .3 A story that reminds me of a dream similar to Hotel California. 4 story about an Federal Law Man after an Elusive Mexican Fugitive.

  6. A: I did not see anyone I know , but I may have not looked at each category yet.

  10. A: I will never send you back a product that I did not feel is a quality lyricism and hook or refrain. If I work on the song and I can not get something of decent quality . I will refuse payment and request to be removed from the project ,

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: I love to get into the Story , my mind can produce images like a music video and as I write the lyrics , Its like something I seen in a movie or in life , The Drama , Action, Heartache and Joy. Then I compress it with words and let others enjoy the 3.5 minute musical version of the complete story.

  14. A: So do you think you can do anything with it? How much are you going to charge me? Do you think the song is catching and worthy of production?

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: That I can write to anything about any subject at any time, I can but I would not call it quality work.

  18. A: Time Frame? Are you Multiple Shopping writers? Will the song be Indi or Large Publishing Company? Will I Be Given Credit as A Writer or is this Ghost Writers Work ?

  20. A: To be very clear about what emotional feeling to express , A Direct message or Mysterious Suspenseful With shocking Ending , What is the intended use of the song Try your best to let me understand you and your concept

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: 1 A Stereo , 2 Laptop with thousands of songs to listen to .3 Microphone to Record ; 4 lots of pens pencils and paper : 5 guitar.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I was a Local Rap Artist in Denver Colorado recording as SLUG & PLAGUE in 1993 popular songs where "Tales Of A Madman " and Boombonic Plague . I collaboration of works with multiple Denver Colorado Rap and Rock Artist . I wanted to have a broader area to express my self lyrically so started to write POP and R&B at this time I worked with a lot of Female Vocalist Most popular was Julie Zorrillia American Idol. I began to hear a lot of redundant lyrical content in popular music and was looking for another outlet I tried jingles and commercial advertising and I enjoy adds provided the product has something catchy to market. Then I dove into Blues and Country Music , I have found a music that allows me to use all of my skill set , So I love to work with Country and Country Blends .

  26. A: A very Strong Commitment to Underground Music , Working on the Way to make Radio Friendly Without , having to Edit Lyrical Content to Lesser the Message of the Song.

  28. A: Niña Storey , She has a vocal range that most other vocalist can not control but she is comfortable with it.

  30. A: No That is A Job for Musicians and Producers .

  32. A: Outlaw Country Music

  34. A: Understanding use of vocabulary , Powerful Wording to express without dragging long lyrics.

  36. A: Universal Emotional Feeling, High Energy, Quality Lyrical Content , And Time Signature that works well with Radio Play unless otherwise requested .

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: To communicate about what my client would like me to do , then be sent a musical track , partial lyrics if there are some written , I request 48 hours to listen and submerge into the feel of music and Story line . I also request that if I do not have anything of quality to contribute that I can be excused from the project. At that time if I agree to work on the project , I will record vocals on the track and type the lyrics , upon payment I send product back via attachments in email . This vocal is not professional recording it is a work recording that places lyrical content into proper place with music provided , and if the music is a extended mix I will place the lyrics onto the music in that order but return a breakdown sheet to help with edit and final vocal tracks.

  40. A: I work with a 24 track mix program and microphone mostly MP3 format

  42. A: Gangster Rap, High Lyrical Rap, Death Metal, Black Metal , Sexual ,Seductive Perverse Lyrical content, Fantasy Abstract Lyrical Content, Classic Country , Modern Country , Outlaw Country and Hick Hop Lyrical content .

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: I match vocal melody and harmonize to beats or musical arrangements, I write lyrics for songs, I take concept of a Story and tell the story in song lyrics, I match lyrical content to Hooks or refrain .
