Interview with CHVRCH

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: There is a recent project I did for an artist outside of Soundbetter who asked me for a Bass House in the Mochaak style, in the first version he liked the sound and we didn't need any changes and he told me that the track vibrated with the track
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That I will do everything possible to meet their expectations regarding my production, mixing and mastering skills
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: The most common question is whether I can produce the specific genre they ask me to produce. My answer is that yes, I have produced everything from House to trance and even pop, RNB and Synthwave.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be specific and have a clear idea of what you want in your sound and I will make it happen
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: a notebook, an audio interface, speakers, a midi controller and a dj controller
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My professional journey began in 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic, it started as a hobby but from a year ago it became my main source of income
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: A good tip for you to produce good music would be to use musical references from the genre you perform in and know how to capture the essence of that genre and replicate it in your music, bringing originality to your production.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I generally work with Afro House, Tech House, Bass house, Melodic Techno, Pop and Trance
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Versatility to transition well in the production of different musical styles
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring feeling to the music, the feeling that the contractor wants me to bring. To do this, I use the references he sends me.
