Interview with Alessio Benedetti

  1. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  2. A: I try to take advantage of the benefits of both worlds. Essentially, it depends on the musical genre and the sound material.

  3. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  4. A: Make sure the quality of your recordings are good and that you are happy with your productions because no mix can make bad recordings great and no mastering can turn a bad mix into a masterpiece.

  5. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  6. A: Definitely patience.

  7. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  8. A: The setup I use is a hybrid of analog and in-the-box. However, I do like to keep things simple and only use plugins that will give me the results I am looking for quickly.
