  1. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  2. A: Songs I’m writing.

  3. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  4. A: It depends, analog has a depth and warmth to its tonal quality, but it is much more convenient to record, edit, and produce digitally.

  5. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  6. A: To be honest with you and do the work you ask me to, to make sure their expectations are met.

  7. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  8. A: Bass is basically the same as guitar.

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: I’m going to do what I say I’ll do. I’m honest and work hard to serve anyone I work for.

  11. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  12. A: Bass, amp, acoustic guitar, laptop and interface.

  13. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  14. A: I’ve been in and out of bands. New to session work. Hoping to to help artist make great work.

  15. Q: How would you describe your style?

  16. A: Rock/blues influence focused on not just locking in with the drummer, but using melodic playing to complement the main melody.

  17. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  18. A: Rock and Christian music (it is Nashville after all.)

  19. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  20. A: Coming up with arrangements on bass to help the song.

  21. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  22. A: Energy and passion in my performance, serving the song (I’m a songwriter too,) great tone in my bass.

  23. Q: What's your typical work process?

  24. A: Listen to song a few times, then jam out the part, then track.

  25. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  26. A: Simple PreSonus studio one DAW.

  27. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  28. A: Flea, John Paul Jones, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jeff Tweedy.

  29. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  30. A: Bass arrangement and performance.

Terms Of Service

$25 per session. Typical turnaround time is two weeks. No additional cost.
